Ashley & McDonough directly employed AC Team specialise in installations, repairs, and maintenance of fitted air conditioning systems. A&M engineers are highly experienced, and our dedicated customer support team will provide you with all the attention and assistance you require.

Apprentices support the fully qualified Engineering Team. We are keen to support young people to pursue a career in AC engineering. Engineers have undertaken an enhanced DBS check prior to working on site. In addition to this, all engineers have had asbestos awareness training.

RAMS provided for all major works and risk assessment on every visit to ensure we take all measures to ensure the safety of pupils and staff. This also includes working out of hours when appropriate. Service in accordance with manufacturer’s service recommendations and SFG20 procedures as necessary 3, 6, or 12-month schedule.

All work undertaken is itemised and defined in the service/condition report. Checks include undue noise, wear, vibration, and operating temperatures. Systems refrigerant gas capacity leak tested and recorded in accordance with F-Gas Regulations certification submitted to ensure legislative compliance.

Assets are QR Coded for easy identification and condition reports are provided detailing the age and condition of assets for investment purposes.

Servicing Air Handling

Service/Inspection to manufacturers’ instructions may include replacement of filters, vee belts and checking for correct operation. Bearings lubricated, Heat exchangers/coil units, impellers, and fans inspected and cleaned. Checks are undertaken for undue noise, wear, and vibration. We will then provide a service/condition report.

Maintenance

We provide 24/7 maintenance to ensure all facilities are operational. Types of AC systems that are serviced and maintained include:

  • VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems
  • VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Systems
  • Heat pumps
  • AHUs
