The administration of our domestic heating contract by the AM Group is first class. We have had a successful contract to date. AMG have really helped us out along the way by allowing us to add 3000 extra assets mid contract. My team and I particularly like the access we have to the Propeller software and the content within. This is extremely helpful to us checking worksheets, downloading LGSR’s etc. AMG are extremely diligent and flexible. I am happy to recommend them.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley & McDonough to work on any type of service contract, over the past 3-4 years they have performed to a very high standard & have acted very professional when on the estate buildings carrying out the service contract that had been awarded, I have built up a good working relationship with the contract manager, and all the office staff who are very diligent. Recently we had a major flood within one of the plant rooms at the HQ Mann Island – A&M engineers attended site on very short notice (6.00 am) and where outstanding in their actions to resolve the many issues, which enabled the office to operate & have very little impact on the staff welfare facilities & disruptions across all the floors.

We have worked in partnership with The AM Group since July 2020. The Team deliver commercial plant, heating, and ventilation servicing, maintain existing systems, install new equipment as requested, as well as the provision of 24/7 repair service and testing certification to meet regulatory requirements. It has been a pleasure to work with them from the start of mobilisation to the present. The company are very fair and reasonable with costing jobs, if there is an enquiry it is picked up and dealt with immediately. The contract is running smoothly, and I have found staff are.accessible.at.all.times to address any enquires. I have also found that The AM group are willing and able to take on extra work if required and complete jobs in a timely manner.

We find Ashley & McDonough to be a great gas contractor who have worked closely With us since 2015 on making sure we remain compliant and keep our customers safe. Good communication & access to infomation has improved with their introduction of a new system, Propeller. Any issues that arise are discussed and dealt with promptly.
