Since working with Ashley & McDonough Ltd on several contracts, I have found them very good at communication and very responsive. When we’ve requested information from the office, it was dealt with straight away planning jobs once given a list off ppm’s dates were given for completion.

We requested immediate feedback from engineers on site should there be any issues. All gas certificates and reports were sent over straight away along with quotations which had a complete rundown of parts required and hours to complete.

Since 2018, I have built up a very good working relationship with the A&M team, especially the planning department and contracts manager. The planning has been excellent across the MT estate and the 24/7 call-out team has performed well.
