Exciting Contract Award with South Yorkshire Housing Association

South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) has once again chosen the Ashley & McDonough team to deliver their Stock Investment Programme (SIP) – Central Heating Replacements.

We recognise that providing reliable heating and hot water plays a critical role in the health, comfort, and wellbeing of SYHA’s residents, and both SYHA Team and A&M Team takes this responsibility seriously. Ensuring that homes are warm, safe, and energy-efficient is at the heart of what we do.

Since first being appointed in April 2019, we’ve built a strong, collaborative relationship with the SYHA team. Over this time, we have:

  • Put the SYHA customer at the heart of every decision
  • Taken a pragmatic, joined-up approach to pre-contract planning, risk management, and delivery
  • Maintained effective and open communication with the SYHA Team
  • Responded quickly to callouts to support SYHA’s excellent customer service standards
  • Delivered consistently strong performance with continuous improvement

The new contract is awarded for an initial term of three years, with the potential to extend for an additional two plus one years.
