Ashley & McDonough Limited, the specialist M&E provider based in Merseyside, has won a prestigious contract with Bury College to deliver Servicing, Maintenance, 24/7 repairs and Installation of Commercial Heating and Ventilation Systems. The contract was successfully procured via the Fusion21 Heating and Renewables Framework.
The contract was awarded at the height of the Pandemic and successfully mobilised within a matter of weeks.

We are confident that monitoring individual assets can lead to cost savings and decision making in terms of ‘Fix or Replace’ as the true cost of an asset can be measured, as well as the longevity and history of an asset. Proactive planning and pro-active replacement with help us to reduce disruption and inconvenience of breakdowns and ensure the health and safety of the staff and students and of the College sites.”
