A&M Senior Administrators are a group of very talented people.

Last week they took time away as a Team to grow their relationships and reflect on their critical role in A&M.

The Lake District was the venue for the tough Team challenges they faced, including the terrifying leap of faith.

To get them through the challenges, they focused their minds on defining the qualities and characteristics of what makes a Team Player.
